How to Apply
We are committed to a thoughtful and transparent application process. Our goal is to ensure that each submission is reviewed with care, fairness, and alignment to our mission and values.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Our grant review process includes multiple perspectives to ensure a well-rounded and equitable evaluation.
-
All applications are reviewed by a Recommendation Team made up of individuals with experience in nonprofit work, community impact, and equity-centered practices.
-
Applications are evaluated using a structured rubric aligned with our mission, values, and funding priorities. The Recommendation Team identifies a group of finalists for further consideration.
-
Finalists are reviewed by the Kelly-Quattrocchi Family Foundation Board of Directors, who make funding decisions through a collaborative and consensus-driven process.
-
All applicants are notified of their application status. Selected organizations will be contacted to finalize details and receive funding.
